CONFERENCE ABSTRACTS

One-page Abstract will be printed in the Abstract Book cum Souvenir and offered to the registered participants. Abstract should contain: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract and Keywords. Please follow the format of the abstract - ABSTRACT TEMPLATE and submit the abstract in prescribed format through conference website or through the conference email jta2020@jmi.ac.in.
Abstract will be reviewed by a committee and you will be notified earliest possible through conference email for acceptance of your abstract. Then you can register and pay fee online. 

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS IN JOURNALS OR AS BOOK (PROPOSED)

Selected peer reviewed research papers of concerned field will be published in International Journal indexed at SCI/UGC/SCOPUS/PUBMED. Those who wish to submit full length paper for publication in conference proceeding are advised to prepare manuscript according to the journal of interest. After peer review process, selected articles will be published in conference proceeding, as regular papers. Your article should match with the aims and objective of journals.

Oral/Virtual Presentation Guidelines

  • Oral and virtual presentations of papers are 08 minutes with 2 minutes for discussion.

  • The keynote speakers will get 25 minutes presentation followed by 5 minutes for discussion.

  • The plenary/invited talks will get 20 minutes presentation followed by 5 minutes for discussion.

  • Data projectors are the standard audio-visual equipment in each oral session.

  • All presenters must bring their PowerPoint presentation on a USB memory key to the Registration Desk to Theme Team one hour before their presentation to have it pre‐loaded on the session computers. Individual presentations then begin with the click of a mouse/remote.

 

Oral Presentation Tips

  • Please create your presentation in PowerPoint format.

  • Please provide your PowerPoint presentation to the conference organizers. All presenters must bring their PowerPoint presentations to the Registration Desk at the meeting, at least one hour they are presenting, to have it pre‐loaded on the session computer. Individual presentation then begins with the click of a mouse/remote.

  • Please practice your presentation beforehand and time it.

  • Oral papers are 10 minutes presentations, including 02 min time for questions. Plan on making a 08 minutes presentation to allow a few minutes for your introduction and to answer questions from the audience following your talk.

  • Keynote speakers have 30 minutes to present their work, including time for questions.

  • Please use active words, short sentences. Words should reinforce visual material.

  • Please check the Final Program (on www.jta-jmi.com/schedule) for your Presentation number poster/board number assigned to you.

 

Poster Presentation Guidelines

 

General Information

  • Please have your poster prepared in advance. It is strongly recommended that your poster is made of a material that can be held by the pins which will be available at the Poster Help Desk All Posters have to be on display as per the time slot allotted

 

Requirements for Poster Presentations

  • The dimensions of the poster board are 90 cm wide and 120 cm high.

  • Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors' names and affiliations as stated in the submitted abstract.

  • Poster should have all formal sections of the research paper including title, authors names, affiliations, abstract, materials/methods, results, brief discussion, conclusions, acknowledgements and references.

  • The text and illustrations should be bold and large enough to read from a distance of two meters (six feet).

  • Please check the Final Program (on www.jta-jmi.com/schedule) for the poster/board number assigned to you. Posters should be mounted and removed by the participants as per the time slot allotted to him/her.

  • Tacks and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be available on site.

  • The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time
